“… Shakeology, contains more than 70 components itself, a crazy cornucopia of good.” – Susan Casey – Editor in Chief, O Magazine
“If you get the highest nutritional value from your food, you need less of it. The vacant foods – we need more of them, because they’re posers. They’re empty.” – Darin Olien – creator of Shakeology.

My Favorite Shakeology:
I call this one the Neopolitan shake, because it tastes like what you get in the bottom of the bowl when you get the chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla melt together.
6-8 frozen strawberries (fresh are fine, but frozen can be a great deal and I use less ice)
4 oz light vanilla soy milk
1 scoop chocolate shakeology
4-6 oz water
ice cubes to taste
Blend and enjoy!!!
Do you love those break apart chocolate oranges that you get at christmas time? Try this:
4 oz Orange juice
1 scoop chocolate shakeology
4-6 oz water
ice cubes to taste
Blend and enjoy!!!
This one is berry-liscious!
1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
2-3 frozen strawberries
4 oz no-sugar added, 100% cranberry juice
1 scoop greenberry shakeology
4-6 oz water
ice cubes to taste
Blend and enjoy!!!
I love this one because it reminds me of a tropical drink...just throw in a paper umbrella and you could be watching a relaxing sunrise on the beach. I use a mixed fruit blend for this, but you can substitute 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 straberries if you can't find all the fruit.
3/4 to 1 cup Fiesta mixed fruit (strawberries, pineapple, mango, papaya)
4 oz orange juice
1 scoop greenberry shakeology
4-6 oz water
ice cubes to taste
Blend and enjoy!!!
