Welcome

I've decided to put together this blog as a place to share some ideas, mom-to-mom (or dad/ grandparent/ aunt/ uncle etc.) as to how to make our families healthier. I recently became a Team Beachbody Coach and it has inspired me to reach out to what I consider the most under-represented group when it comes to health and wellness, and that is PARENTS and FAMILIES. It is an ongoing process by my family that we have certaintly not perfected, but we're trying, and I hope that you do too. You'll find my favorite products, ideas, recipes, etc throughout this blog (as I populate it). For now it is a work in progress, I hope that you join me in the journey.
